Ecofast water gasket kiln – Germany
The aim of this new line is to produce very high-quality tiles compliant with the very high Erlus AG standards in particular, in terms of mechanical resistance (resistance to hail).
The Ecofast water gasket kiln with tile flat firing ensures a continuous and optimal production. Controlling the temperatures of the burners enables perfect homogeneity in the same section in the kiln and gives the products the resistance, colour, porosity features etc.
The thermal equipment has reduced energy consumption in the kiln thanks to an innovative network of hot air recycling ducts in the burners.
This complete and ultra modern equipment has allowed Erlus AG to reinforce its market shares in Germany and further improve its Premium brand image.
